2. Customized Products
All customized and personalized products are specially made according to the customer's requirements, including names, photos, text, designs, colors, or other customization details provided during the order process.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all customization details submitted are accurate before placing an order.
3. Order Confirmation and Design Approval
For certain customized products, a design preview may be shared with the customer via WhatsApp before production.
Customers are requested to carefully review all details including names, photos, spellings, dates, colors, and design elements before providing approval.
Once the customer approves the design through WhatsApp, email, or any other communication channel, the order will be considered final and production will begin.
After approval is received, no changes, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted due to customer errors, spelling mistakes, design preferences, or change of mind.
The approved WhatsApp conversation and shared design preview shall be considered valid proof of customer approval.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
As all products are customized and made specifically for each customer, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
Customers are requested to review all product details, customization information, and shipping details carefully before placing an order.
5. Payment Policy
We currently accept COD Payments only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for products listed on our website.
6. Returns and Refunds
As our products are customized and made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect customer-provided information
Personal preference regarding color, size, design, or appearance
Spelling mistakes approved by the customer
Delays caused by courier services
Refusal to accept delivery after dispatch
Returns, replacements, or refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged during delivery
Product received is broken or defective
Wrong product delivered by our team
Manufacturing defect affecting product usability
7. Return and Replacement Process
Any request for return, replacement, or damage claims must be initiated through our official WhatsApp support channel.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and/or videos of the damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect product received.
Return or replacement requests submitted without sufficient proof may be rejected.
Our team will review the evidence and communicate the final decision through WhatsApp.
Only approved cases involving damaged, broken, defective, or incorrectly delivered products will be eligible for replacement or refund consideration.
8. Replacement Approval
After verification of the issue, we may provide:
Product replacement
Store credit
Refund (only in exceptional cases approved by our team)
The final decision regarding replacement or refund shall remain solely with our team after reviewing the submitted evidence.
9. Product Appearance
Actual product colors, engraving positions, printing quality, and appearance may vary slightly from the preview images shown on the website due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and manufacturing processes.
Such minor variations shall not be considered defects and shall not qualify for returns or refunds.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier performance, weather conditions, festivals, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners after dispatch.
11. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate shipping information, contact details, and customization content.
We are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
12. Intellectual Property
Customers must ensure that any images, logos, text, or designs submitted for customization do not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of third parties.
13. Right to Refuse Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing offensive, illegal, abusive, copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise inappropriate content.
14. Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall be limited to the value of the purchased product only.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
